Opinion posts are one of the many tools in the blogger tool belt. Every topic has its issues, and you can

always take a stand on an issue. Food bloggers can argue for organic produce, pure vanilla extract,

homemade frosting instead of canned, resting the dough instead of baking it immediately.

Political bloggers can argue for, well, just about everything in their realm. A photography blogger can

argue for a certain kind of camera, a specific type of light, a favorite form of filter. In every field,

there are a lot of options. Fashion bloggers throw their weight behind certain brands and looks,

science bloggers behind developing theories, literary bloggers behind new authors, unique styles,

or old classics.

How will you make your stand? Write an opinion post on your blog.  

Make clear points defending your opinion and back them up with evidence. If you include an image that is

not your own, be sure to cite it with a link underneath. Feel free to link to related articles and posts if you wish,

though that is not required. Include a clear and enticing title.

Suggestion: To include a photo in your post, simply upload it from your desktop by clicking on the tiny photo

in your Blogger post toolbar. To link to another page on the internet, highlight the text you would like to

link, click on the word “link” in the toolbar, and plug in the address you would like that text to link to.
